Congratulations to Raquel Jackson, February's client of the month. Raquel's hard work shows in her results; leading to a new lifestyle of health and fitness. Raquel has achieved a 34 pound weight loss, 4% decrease in B.M.I., and is enjoying a 16.3 pound loss of body fat mass!
Raquel has also seen dramatic results in her cardio fitness, reducing her one-mile average from 21 minutes to just under 16 minutes. I asked Raquel about her health and fitness journey and this is what she had to say.
Q: What was your biggest struggle with weight loss?
A: Focusing too much on the total amount of weight to lose was my biggest struggle.
Q: How did you overcome your biggest struggle?
A: Most days I'm able to focus on good habits and positive lifestyle changes rather than the scale.
Q: What is your advice for others starting their journey looking for results like yours?
A: My advice is to keep plugging away and do what works for you. There is no one size fits all approach.
