2.) WATER WATER AND MORE WATER.

3.) EAT MORE FRUITS & VEGETABLES
🍎🥕 Increasing your fruits and vegetables to help removal of toxins. Over time burnt meat, burnt foods, alcohol, and other substances that you consume create toxins in your body. By consuming more fruits and vegetables you will promote more liver and kidney health

4.) CLOSE YOUR MOUTH AND MOVE YOUR GLUTES
🤸‍♂️🚴‍♂️⛹️‍♀️ The weekend is over throw away any leftovers!! Find a way to be more active by finding new activities like biking, hiking, or inviting a group of to play a game of basketball or your favorite outdoor sport!
