Cauliflower Pizza

Ingredients:

 

3 cups of minced cauliflower


3/4 of egg white
1/2 cup of reduced fat mozzarella cheese
3 tbs of Italian seasoning

 

 

Mix ingredients and spread out on a pizza pan on top of parchment paper sprayed with coconut oil
Bake for 30 minutes (or until golden brown) on 400 degrees
Then flip over and peel parchment paper off and bake on other side until golden brown

 

Top with healthy toppings (veggies, low sodium pizza sauce, lean ground beef, chicken or turkey, and a little goat cheese or low fat mozzarella)

 

*Furmano's pizza sauce is non-GMO and much lower in sodium than a regular jar of pizza sauce. This can of sauce can be found in Food Lion and it is only $1!*

 

Place back in oven until cheese is melted (I cook mine for a few min on low broil)
